Welcome to Still ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Still application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Still provides a digital space for journaling and personal reflection.
The Service:
Any AI-generated content is informational only and does not replace professional advice.
The Service may use AI tools to organize written entries and generate reflective summaries.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.
AI content is not medical, psychological, or legal advice.
Still does not provide crisis intervention or emergency services.
If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, contact local emergency services immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You retain ownership of your journal content.
You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the content you submit.
We do not actively monitor user content.
Some features require a paid subscription.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free Trials: If offered, free trials are limited to one per eligible account. If not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Refunds: Refunds are governed solely by the applicable app store's refund policies. Still does not process refunds directly.
You may delete your account at any time.
Upon deletion:
Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
The Service is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Still shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, emotional distress, psychological harm, or consequential damages.
Still shall not be liable for emotional distress, psychological impact, or personal interpretation of reflective content.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
