How to delete your Still account and data

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Still app on your device.
Go to Settings (tap the gear icon).
Tap Delete Account.
Choose one of the deletion options below.
Confirm your choice.

Deletion Options

Delete in 30 Days

Your data is kept safe for 30 days. You can restore your account anytime during this period. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.

Delete Now

All data is deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Profile information (name, email)
All journal entries
Emotion check-in records
AI reflections and insights
Subscription information
All other account-related data

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
